Before writing a custom training plan, I like to spend some time getting to know you, your goals and season of life. I believe training plans can be tools to help guide you but knowing the different aspects of your life will help build a plan that actually works.

Let's get running
All custom plans are ready to get you out the door or on the treadmill ASAP. Plans typically last 10-20 weeks with different training phase to allow your body time to strengthen and recover (recovery is SO important for the hard work you put in!)
Plans are $10 per week with a minimum of 10 weeks.



Let's build strength
I believe a part of a well rounded plan is strength training, including dynamic warm ups, body weight exercises and stretching. Every plans includes a little of each, helping you stay healthy throughout the plan.
